      Pros

      1) Innovative ideas are welcomed. 2) Young and enthusiastic working environment is there. 3) Employees at all levels are co-operative, team spirit is there. 4) Good work is rewarded.

      Cons

      1) Increment is low. 2) Sometimes clients take a lot of time to respond thereby hampering the pace of the project and the learning of the employee. 3) Reporting work is done which is not good for the growth of the employee involved in reporting.
