Pros

Work is great provided you are on a project. Salary is also decent. People here are really talented.

Cons

Most Engagement managers are MBAs so they do fancy PPTs and may underdeliver. No 401k match. WLB is non-existent. for a consulting firm not many projects or growth opportunities. still functions like a typical consultancy. Severance is laughable

Work life balance is decent Very chill attitude both clients and company Permanent WFH!!

Cons

Pay is not competitive Growth is negligible unless you are familiar with senior management (brown nosing duh) Projects are okay. Good also bad ones also. Imagineers mostly however end up in maintenance roles. Kind of in between of an intern and a FTE
