Approachable and down to earth Partners Plenty of variety in the work Flexible hybrid working model Family Friendly. You certainly can have a career and be mum to kids. Excellent technology and IT support Hard work gets you decent pay and career progression A lot leavers return to Fragomen after a few years, not because of salary or roles but culture precisely

Cons

Depending on client portfolios and sector, some clients can be more demanding and the work becomes demanding. Vertical promotion is scarce but possible to move laterally and acquire new skills and expertise Salary not always up to market rate - Fight for it.
