Pay could be a bit better

Everything. Onboarding was overly vague because each team did things differently, but then the team lead did no further onboarding to teach any of those differences, so you had to be ready to ask a LOT of questions. Fair enough, I was game - except the answers were never clear and always left key information out, so had to keep going back. It was like pulling teeth. A lot of time was wasted and then when I was working, nothing was ever good or fast enough. If you fall behind expectations, be prepared for intense micromanaging. Worst job I've ever had tbh. Quit without even having another one lined up.
