Great job but some headaches

Pros

Great benefits, good pay, enjoyed coworkers and team. They promote within.

Cons

Technology is lacking and extremely inefficient, creates a lot of extra work and headaches. Management tells you to just get the job done but doesn't understand process or how difficult it is working with the system.

Pros

You get close with your team, there are free massages and food every few weeks, and they are flexible with your schedule; you can start/end whenever you want as long as you put in 7.5 hours, with an hour lunch. In my case they also accommodated for me to study for the LSAT; I went from full-time to part-time for like three months while I was studying, then went back full-time. I don't know of any other workplace that would be so flexible and understanding.

Cons

Caseloads can get stressful when teammates leave; but it will adjust after some time.
