      Supportive team members. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Expected to work off the clock with no compensation. New assignments/projects added to already overloaded plate. Unwilling to change process and procedures to catch up with the immigration environment.

      happy, easy-going environment, colleagues are very good, a lot of training, very good support from supervisors, friendly staff, challenging work at times

      Cons

      insufficient numbers of paralegals - more paralegals are needed to undertake the work and for associates to be able to focus on providing service and advice to clients, too much time spent on providing admin support without having dedicated paralegals

      * amongst their peers, paralegals try to do the best to make the company succeed. Good culture of helping each other complete the work

      Cons

      * attorneys do not necessarily make good managers * culture of favoritism which results in some workers being compensated more even though the level of work may not be similar to others who are not so out going.
