Lots of freedom to structure your own workflow. Paralegals and (most of) the associates are nice.

Cons

Absolutely no training, guidance, or mentorship for clerks at all.

Many of our offices provide opportunities for Law Clerks, and we are always working on ways to ensure the experience is as productive as possible, both to provide a valuable resource to the Firm, but also to give individuals challenging work experience and a great insight into our business. no reason as such since their expectations come from SKY HIGH which is the most worste company have worked...dont spoil your career going here you will be sent out for no reason if you do not potray yourself the best within a month,,,,and for no reason you will be targetted,,,,,now I am in a suicidal state after coming out I just went off to ensure I do not spoil my personal career anymore

Everything is worste,,,harassing abusing malharssing people,,,,,,,only talking of issues and worste career in my life history.....u will cry die and feel like suiciding
