      The open culture, the fact that you have a voice regardless of level and many many opportunities to get involved initiatives outside of day to day role. The leadership are available, as transparent as they can be and innovative.

      The complex billing systems and confusing internal reporting.

      Pros

      The management really tries to hear employees. They have introduced lots of new benefits and policies in line with employee’s feedback. Really good maternity/paternity compensation.

      Pros

      Higher management are extremely approachable, friendly and supportive. The firm's overall environment is very inviting and provides employees with a sense of security. The company culture lends itself to creating long-term employment relationships meaning even employees who are struggling receive the support required to set them on track to achieve their yearly objectives. The career growth opportunities are vast should you be ambitious enough to seek it.

      Cons

      There is no rigid structure in the sense that employees positions are fluid and flexible (note: this can also be a pro in the sense that if you are feeling unhappy and would like to try something new - the option is available). For those that value stability, this may be unsettling but nevertheless an opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge.
