The Workload is demanding and many of the cases are actually handled by Temp. Workers , resulting in constant errors and audits. Getting hired on as a temp is actually as easy as sending an email. They did not even check education nor did they ask me to perform a formal interview. Management will not try to accommodate most workers for remote option due to the inconvenience.
