      Pros

      Great job opportunity, real expertise in the immigration field, lot of growing opportunities (with some project management). Family size but part of a big group. Good Management Team, very accessible and no Micro-Management. Salary package is in line with the market .

      Cons

      You need to be ready to handle stress and speed but still deliver high quality.

      High level of direct client interaction; no micro-managing; growth opportunities in the Brussels office and also in the Firm; very nice colleagues and a happy, supportive work environment. Competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      The amount of direct responsibility can be challenging if you are not up for that and work volume can be high.
