Horrible worklife balance. Low wages for extremely high workload. Mangers aren't really chosen based on their ability to lead a team, they just progress from their lower level positions to higher level positions. Even with plenty of PTO there is always a "but". You need to have all your work completed, which is nearly impossible considering you're overwhelmed with work. No room for learning, since you're expected to just do what you're tasked to do and nothing outside this scope. High turnover.
