      Office location is convenient and close to many things

      Cons

      Management not organized Office is cliquey Salary not comparable for work provided Management tone deaf Forces you to use PTO for small things instead of being flexible Management claims teamwork in office but not very team oriented Technology is old and frequently has problems

      Good place to start

      Pros

      Fragomen was a great place to start a career in immigration. There is a very high volume and fast pace The work was rewarding and exciting The attorneys did their best to encourage growth Overtime was a plus (salary non-exempt)

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover and extremely long hours There was little to no room to grow once a knowledge base was formed, it was far easier to grow by leaving Being offsite from an office was a blessing and a curse. There were opportunities that were not afforded to colleagues in offices but the remoteness made a small team feel like a pawn between the firm and client. There was little to no interaction with attorneys, upper management, or colleagues other than over IM which was isolating.

      Awesome experience/resume builder for a young college graduate interested in not just business immigration but also corporate legal, HR, and tech recruiting.

      Cons

      Results-driven environment can be demanding and difficult for some. Pay could be better.

And we like to think that, even if your long term focus might not be in business immigration, we'll still give you the tools and training to succeed in whatever path you choose.
