You have some really great people here and some really crap people. The work environment is cool, not too stressful and it's a small company located in a convenient location.

Cons

Benefits aren't the best. The ability to work up here is very hard.

Cons

Family run company. If you're not part of the family you'll never really know whats going on. Lots of secrets. People constantly coming and going. Tons of overtime during holidays. No bonus. Lots of favorites get special treatment by managers.
