They seem to have a thorough way of handling business

Cons

They are deceitful and will try to bait and switch you once you’re in the door and underpay you. I was bait and switched for a keyholder position that was presented to me with assistant manager duties. All for $21 an hour at their new World Trade Center location. I spoke out against this and quit. Soon enough, they put out a listing for an assistant manager position. They dont seem to be receptive to make changes unless being forced to or dramatically shaken with the reality of things.

Pros

Owners are great. Location is amazing (by public transportation, shopping galore). Co-workers are awesome. Certain days - free lunch/breakfast. Early leave Fridays. Very laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Holiday hours.

None, even with the hybrid schedule you are clocked at every keystroke

Cons

Steer clear. The structure is of ancient times, the communication is non existent and the management is on the ultimate power trip. Avoid at all costs, if you value your sanity.
