Cons

No job stability. Core employees and leadership will try actively to smoke you out and get you fired / make you look bad. Leadership may be on uppers. They have terrible tempers and froth at the mouth on issues on which they are usually dead wrong. This costs the company money because there leadership is not smart, and surrounds itself by scared yes-men and legal counsel who let's them dig their own graves.

Young management = open mind, flexible ideas, innovative mindsets, professional taught at a new generation level Development plans = puts you on a path to success although sometimes its very slow, you have time to learn Learning about fragrances and things that you would have never known FUN and mature people to work with! Very easy to level up, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, fun contests!

Takes a little bit of time to level up considering tenured managers in their roles Depending on the position, max/min hours may vary alot
