      Pros

      Close to Home if you live in the Santa Clarita Valley.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to the rest of the Industry. Management is un-organized. No real benefits such as pension or health Insurance. Human resources is not very helpful. Very limited training or room for advancement unless you are a favorite of one of the Managers. Skilled employees are under valued and forget about pay increases. Left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. So unorganized.

      Pros

      Commitment to company training. There are always training and safety meetings with updated topics.

      Cons

      Despite the effort for training, Fralock falls short on actually cross training staff for better productivity. Employee moral has been very low in the Last 4 years and many experienced employees have since left. Benefits are the worse of any company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Family owned, 40+ years in business. CEO and family Great! Most of the people here are nice and easy to work with and get along, not ALL the people, but a lot.

      Cons

      Compensation is TERRIBLE and raises are NON-EXISTANT, 5 years without raises. The company boasts on how well we are doing, HOWEVER, they tell you “there may be raises if you work harder and do more” and then tell you “Sorry there is no money in the budget for a raise’s for anyone”. Lie. . . Lie.. Lie!!! The management has received raises every year and they DID give raises to some employees, if your manager likes you or you are receptive to your managers advances and lewd comments. Employees not treated fairly. Women are not treated as equals, or given respect.
