Has some or the worse Benefit plans for employees and the time off policy is horrible. If you do apply, ask for at least 2 weeks up front.

For all of the talk about “Company Culture”, I found this place to be quite unwelcoming and I never was able to break through to anyone there. I am generally a very outgoing person who has a lot of friends and always make new friends everywhere I go. At Fralock, I never felt like I was included. I brushed it off as me being paranoid until one day, I realized I was all alone when there should have been 20 people around me. As it turns out, it wasn’t me being paranoid. Case in point, there was an “all hands” meeting that I just wasn’t invited to. I left and found the best job I’ve ever had right after.
