…free tote bags and free frame codes? The quality of the work is subpar, though.

Cons

Insufficient pay, but they sure are happy to micromanage. The company’s business model includes a lot of waste generation, namely perfectly reusable bubble wrap. Very corporate minded, company spends a lot of $$ on marketing and influencers, but never on its employees. Quality of the actual work is far below industry standard.
