      Pros

      Working at Framework is a dream, as the company is a collaborative environment with highly intelligent and capable individuals. There is a productive amount of autonomy in positions, which inspires ingenuity in employees and produces tangible results. Feedback is appreciated and acted upon by management, which strengthens the company culture and the idea that the chain is only as strong as the weakest link. If you have a "go-getter" attitude and are willing to put forth the effort, the company will meet you halfway to ensure that you are able to achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Insurance is costly, which is part of the growing pains of working at a small company. Fortunately, management is always looking to improve this for employees.

      Pros

      Strong commission opportunities and realistic OTE. Clear plan/timeline showing how I can develop in my role. Smaller company so speaking up with new ideas and better ways of doing things is encouraged and appreciated. Positive culture. Teamwork. Gain unique experience building/improving a Sales Process, Ideal Client Profile, Scripts, Email Templates, and Standard Operating Procedures.

      Cons

      Managing your own calendar/time spent to accomplish goals is 100% possible, but requires strong time management skills (and that's not everyone).
