Pros

A fantastic place to start your career as a recent graduate. The rotational program gives you valuable exposure to different areas of accounting, helping you discover which path best fits your interests. Onboarding and training are well-structured, thorough, and supportive, setting you up for success from day one.

Cons

As you progress in your career, maintaining work-life balance can become challenging, particularly during busy seasons. Diversity in the office could be improved, as a broader range of perspectives can enhance mentorship opportunities. Compensation tends to be less competitive unless you’re hired from another firm.

Pros

Collaborative and supportive work environment where colleagues genuinely want to help each other succeed. Strong emphasis on professional development with ample training resources and mentorship opportunities. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which fosters a sense of inclusion. Great exposure to diverse clients, especially in tech and venture capital industries. Work-life balance is better compared to larger firms, with flexibility during non-peak seasons.

Cons

Busy season can be demanding, which is expected in public accounting. Career advancement can sometimes feel slower due to firm size compared to Big 4 firms. Compensation is competitive but could improve to better match market rates.

Pros

You get paid on time and in US Dollars Flexible, hybrid, remote work environment

Cons

A cutthroat, backstabbing culture prevails, and the work environment lacks inclusivity and diversity. The culture seems forced and cliquey, offering no room for personal or professional growth. The people you work with are uncooperative, and there's minimal training and coaching available. The work environment intentionally fosters toxicity, and handling overwhelming client loads is a common occurrence. Outdated technology adds to the challenges, and the office culture can be quite immature. Objectives are often undefined, and the benefits package is not very enticing. Furthermore, it appears that some managers lack the necessary competence.
