      Most everyone is helpful and wants you to succeed Paid for CPA study material Lunches provided

      Cons

      Work life balance got worse with work loads increasing heavily with far more expectations that don't feel attainable anymore Culture has changed and feels less supportive with a more "corporate culture" vibe. Just like other audit firms if you get stuck with a bad senior or manager on jobs work life can get tuff

      Collaborative and supportive work environment where colleagues genuinely want to help each other succeed. Strong emphasis on professional development with ample training resources and mentorship opportunities. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which fosters a sense of inclusion. Great exposure to diverse clients, especially in tech and venture capital industries. Work-life balance is better compared to larger firms, with flexibility during non-peak seasons.

      Cons

      Busy season can be demanding, which is expected in public accounting. Career advancement can sometimes feel slower due to firm size compared to Big 4 firms. Compensation is competitive but could improve to better match market rates.

      Pros

      The firm has a great culture: teams are collaborative and genuinely helpful, leadership is extremely focused on creating a great environment for employees, and partners invest lots of time and attention to helping junior folks develop, learn and succeed. The firm also does a great job of rewarding people who work hard and go the extra mile for clients. I've been impressed by how genuinely friendly and helpful people are internally across all levels. Oh, and the firm is growing, so there are tons of opportunities for advancement (if you're willing to put in the work).

      Cons

      People who work here are passionate about accounting and tax (seriously), and there is a big focus on developing heavy-duty technical expertise...some folks coming from other firms have found the adjustment to be challenging.
