      always busy, never a dull moment, and plenty of people to help you out. Great place to gain experience out of college.

      Cons

      no enough training, and not very focused on employee growth.

      Pros

      Great people, very smart, top notch, better compensation AND better balance than big 4... no brainer if you're looking for an acct firm to join.

      Cons

      new staff members seem a little lack luster, but anyone who makes it past a year seems to be pretty sharp. Not a lot you can do after unless you want to say in accounting

      Pros

      Fun culture (lots of firm-sponsored social events), light hearted atmosphere, and great first job out of college (get to try out different departments before choosing).

      Cons

      Some of the smaller departments, by nature, don't have as much priority in the eyes of the partners. Turnover in these groups have a significant impact on the employees and clients, making it difficult for the partners to ensure continuity. At times, I felt as though better decisions could have been made to keep the right people.
