Pros

I have always worked in small size law firms. Even though FrankCrum have over 300 employees, it does not feel that way. I work with a great team who have helped me from day one and still keep answering any questions I have. I love MyFrankCrum. I never had access to a program like it. Easy to use and love having access to my /personal employment information without having to go the office manager every time. Another great feature is having a cafe on premises.

Cons

The only one would be that I wish they had an option for different time shifts. I like to get in earlier and leave earlier.

The Crum’s family and the upper management team genuinely cares about the well-being of all the employees, their families and specially our clients.

Cons

All the employees are tempted once a month with “FREE” ice cream, and chocolate cake! Most employees failed their diets !
