      Pros

      A company who is serious about Work life balance. Management is great, direct supervisor is great. Very low stress level. Remote employees are included to keep them feeling like part of the team. Hands down, best working conditions I have ever experienced! Everyone there took as much time as needed to help me be successful in my job as a new employee. Very team oriented atmosphere.

      Nothing bad to say about the company, truly a great place to work!

      Pros

      Frankenmuth Insurance is the best place I've ever worked. Salary and benefits are competitive with the industry and profit sharing/bonuses are as well. What sets Frankenmuth apart from other companies is that everyone including leadership is genuine about taking time for family and things in your personal life. Also, in my experience leadership is in tune with those at all levels in the company. They typically know who is a top performer and recognize them accordingly.
