Pros

Frankenmuth is the nicest company I have ever worked for, and I have worked for one of the largest insurance companies in the US. The executive leadership teams knows each and every person by name and keeps staff well informed through a variety of communication channels. I feel aligned with our corporate goals and I feel apart of something important. We have the ability to work from home which has attracted diverse talent and allows us o continue to improve. Personally, my manager listens and cares about me as more than just a number, and puts a strong emphasis on making everyone feel valued. We are highly regarded among our agency partners as an ease of doing business company.

Cons

We are enhancing our services which takes time, so find a way to leverage those other excellent products within your respective departments. Like any organization we have some antiquated processes that are improving.
