Pros

The people that work here have been so kind to me since I started. Management does a great job in making new employees feel welcome and like they are an important part of the team. They also care about your workload and are always asking if you need any assistance. Work life balance is important to them and they are flexible with letting you have time when needed to do the things that you need to do.

Cons

It has been somewhat difficult to get to know people working remote and some days I feel less engaged, but that's just part of working remote and it can feel that way at any company.

1) Compensation is fantastic 2) Great people and leadership. 3) Work/Life balance and flexibility 4) Work phones have an integrated webcam so you can see your coworkers when talking with them.

Cons

1) Relatively few management/supervisor positions.

The company puts the employee first. Work life balance is promoted often by leadership. The people are friendly, helpful and passionate about their jobs and the company they work for

Cons

Communication systems are a little behind the times as far as technology goes (i.e. desk phones instead of app on computer, desk tops vs laptops).
