Immediately, I felt so welcomed by the department I was hired into. The culture of this company is both positive and healthy. Additionally, they placed high importance on professional development by offering multiple training opportunities and other incentives surrounding insurance designations and even formal education. If you are looking for a company to grow with, this is high on my recommendations list!

Cons

Currently, I have no serious concerns that are worth mentioning as a con.

I align witht he companies core values of Caring, Committment, and Teamwork. I also have found that the company does a great job to share gratification with employees for their hardwork. They are always looking for new creative ways to reward us for a job well done and to celebrate all our victories.

Cons

The remote environment has made it more dificult to connect and get to know the coworkers. The company is actively working to help with this in the future.
