Solid alignment of corporate, departmental and individual performance goals, with annual bonus plan providing significant dollars when company does well.

This company has a lot of nice perks for staff. We do a lot of community things as teams. It's a very team oriented company. The snacks are nice. There are employee gatherings several times a year to encourage us to get a way from our desks for a bit. They raise money for United Way with various hands on staff events. Book fairs twice a year. In house flu shots. We recently began smart dress where we are allowed to wear jeans (still remaining casual though and we need to dress accordingly for meetings with external groups or our agency partners). It's a nice place to work.
