      Pros

      Frankenmuth Insurance has an excellent work environment. The claims department really feels like family. Health benefits are fair and hours are good. Beautiful grounds. Snacks provided in the morning.

      Cons

      I don't really have any, allowing jeans would be nice.

      - Great culture - Great people - People's best interests are cared/looked out for - both employees, agents, and customers - Benefits, flexibility

      Cons

      - Slower decision-making. Comes from a desire to be thorough and diligent, but needs to be improved
