Pros

The compensation was decent and the little gifts were cute. The fact that they do not listen to your phone calls, well from what they "say", is a little less stressful.

Cons

Definitely take heed of the previous post about this company. The auto department especially will fire you for no reason, and make it so that you would not be able to get unemployment. If I could do it again, I would have selected the other place I got hired for the same time. It's a waste of time because in 6 months, they will come up with a reason to let you go, even if you stay up countless nights and come in early everyday just to meet their unobtainable goals. They give you 10 or more claims a day. You do not get any break day off claims. They make it seem like you can ask them for help, but when you do, they will say you need to be on an improvement plan. They will give a certain group of individuals more leniency than others. They have their faves. If you are ever wondering if you are being looked at sideways, you are. Make sure you document everything and always have proof of everything if you work there. I asked during the interview why have the people in the auto dept only have been there no longer than a year, the told me that it was because they went to other departments, which was a lie. They got fired. The time I was there, only one person changed departments while almost everybody else was fired or quit before they were fired. Do not look at this as a place for advancement, because that won't happen. Use it to gain some knowledge, get some quick cash, and excel another way. This isn't it.

Pros

Friendly folks, welcoming, helpful, and responsive.

Cons

Some people have been in their jobs a very long time and are resistant to change. Poor performance isn't always addressed, leading to folks that hold projects up due to apathy or ineptitude. IT needs new blood in leadership, as available technology and implementation speed hasn't kept up with competitors.
