Pros

Good benefits, stable company (lots of work)

Cons

Zero growth opportunities unless you are 'program staff'. Salary for non-program staff at very low end of MRP scale. I overheard another manager say that working here is like 'drinking from the firehose....non-stop'.

Pros

Work from home, if you like that

Cons

Little to no onboarding, no documentation, poor management and very disorganized. No solid requirements gathering process, make up requirements as they go along. And management blames you for not being a mind reader. Very ‘clicky’. Unless you know someone you are an outcast pariah right off the bat. Zero trust in new recruits especially women. Seemed very old school regarding gender bias. Zero growth potential across the board, not willing to listen to new ideas and innovate. Too stuck in their own rut, change-averse.
