Less than average pay, no overtime, heavy workload, no work to life balance, and stressful.

Thank you so much for your review. Our employee salaries are based on the industry's best practices and often exceed the industry average. As a growing company, we understand that there are times when a lot is happening, and one can get overwhelmed. Our goal is to provide a workplace that offers employees job satisfaction and a sense of pride. We will continue to strive toward that goal.
Remote work is an option for employees, based on their manager's discretion. However, we are pleased to have most employees back in the office at least three days a week.
Toxic environment
Leadership rewards yes people. Punishes those who won't "fall in line"
Very cliquey
Too much mgmt, not enough people to do the work.
Not great pay or vacation.
-Amount of money you can make as a sales person here is uncapped
Cons
-Unrealistic benchmarks for bonuses(majority of your pay is based off of after first year) -Horrible Management -Job Description and what you actually have to do are completely separate
