      Pros

      Great ongoing sales training resources. Promotion from within. Employee appreciation events. Great work-life balance. Overall have never worked at a more friendly and inclusive company from executive team to customer service to technicians. No cap on commissions.

      The interview process can be lengthy.

      The culture and team and truly one of a kind. There are goal set in place for everyone to know where we are heading towards. Opportunities are there for anyone who wants to take advantage of them . Where else can you work at a company as large as Fraser is , sit down and share ideas with the owner and CEO and know that they are going to take your input and ideas and do their best to be implemented.

      The Potential for Growth Never Stops!

      Pros

      Starting at Fraser at a young age, with little experience was no way a hold back. If anything, it opened the door to get a real understanding of the business and company, and as it grew, I grew with it. We're always adapting and changing, and it provides many exciting opportunities for its employees along the way.
