-High quality machine makes making coffee as easy as pressing a button. -Lot of residents are very friendly and build bonds with them -Free drinks and snacks for your shift -Access to pool gym and music room

Cons

-Management is through dining services who are pretty disconnected which has added a lot of convulsion -Some management are very unprofessional -If you like fast paced this is not for you

So many things to say. Poorly run, management did not care about staff, unrealistic expectations, low pay.
