Residents and staff are nice. Enjoyed working with older adults.

Cons

Management are in positions that they should not be in. CEO is all about filling the apartments, at whatever cost. Staff are not supported. Poor communication, lack of support. Staff are left out to hang. Managementt is doing shady things, unethical things that are impacting residents' care.
