The Sales staff which provides the funding for everything else to operate, as well as the need for all other positions is treated the worst overall. Late hours, open past closing times, and open on any and all holidays, with the exception on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving and 4th of July. There is little to no work life balance, and if you are raising a family or trying to be an active part of their lives.....Goodluck.... Money is not the key to happiness and it is used as a blinder to what people should really be aiming for in a quality of life.
