Pros

Very few pros. Regardless of how much you do they love degrees. You can have the most toxic, lazy employee if you have a degree you are golden. If you are a hard worker prepared to have your soul sucked out. I have gotten a least 6 employee referrals. Not one of the people stayed. It is a stepping stone to a real company.

Cons

They are not a family. Their tagline is a total hoax. I would say the longer you work there the less they respect you.

Pros

Money - cars when chips are back - grosses can be huge but don’t expect to sell scores of cars Hire from within Community feeling at times

Cons

Encouraged us to write positive reviews on Glassdoor to outweigh the negative reviews they consistently get. Hours - no off meaningful of time - never a weekend Politics in dealership are disgusting No true accountability - if you sell you get away with anything The ford store - zero diversity in management

Pros

I worked at Fred beans parts for a little under 2 years. I was hired from a temp agency. The workers there make my time more enjoyable.

Cons

Management leaves a lot to be desired. Say they will fix what is brought to their attention but rarely did so. It was more of a slave shop than a job. Pay was mediocre at best, especially for the way we were treated. Long hours, horrible PTO scaling, and when you did take PTO time you got the "can't you take it at another time" speech. Leaving this place was the best thing I've ever done in my life.
