No room for growth

The management is consistently untrained and unprofessional. Absolutely zero skillsets aside from 'bull-pooping' others. They're the kind of ill-mannered folks who flaunt 'Sigma Six' business training but have no understanding of what that actually means...(not to mention, 'Sigma Six' has been widely seen as a failure and fraud in the workplace for decades now.) Get a grip! In defense of management, however, it must be stated that this failure of operations could only begin at the very top: Fred Beans, himself. How else does this company get to the point of being be run in the deplorable manner at which it currently operates? These people are crooks, quite frankly. They take advantage of good, honest workers by smothering any requests for reviews, never giving raises, and yet still working them to the bone each and every day. That's no lie or embellishment. I pride myself in hard work and being able to endure long hours. But the line needs to be drawn somewhere; and these conditions need to be agreed upon by the employee, not just shoved down their throats and used to taunt them with implications that state, "If you don't do it, maybe somebody else will..." Give me a break. Warehouse workers not only suffer the hazardous conditions, (Including the extreme weather conditions of Summer and Winter), but they are basically forced to stay and work overtime because management continuously fails to properly staff and train the workplace. Off-days are frowned upon and you will be made to feel like a twit and a scoundrel if you have to take a legitimate sick day, or a scheduled vacation day, or even an on-the-spot emergency partial-leave somewhere in the day. In my time as a warehouse employee, I've bore witness to co-workers suffering injuries and slowly being pushed out the door while in recovery without lawful, financial care; I've seen lacerations and minor injury-stricken employees be sent to the doctor only to be given a drug test and no subsequent treatment, despite 'being clean'; I've seen and heard supervisors and managers openly harass, mock and slander employees for having a scheduled vacation day, or for calling out sick, etc. It's absurd, but true. And believe me--I've seen this at ALL levels of management, from the very distant-old to the freshly-newly appointed ones... Fred Beans Parts only hires and promotes the worst of the worst. Don't believe me? Feeling masochistic? Try it out for yourself! And if you are seriously considering employment at the warehouse, be sure to stand your ground. Have some backbone and defend yourself. You are not required to work 12 hour days everyday. It's not mandatory unless you agree to doing so prior to being hired. If you wish to leave at your scheduled time, do it. Don't be guilted into staying just because management has failed to perform their duties. Know your rights, lest you fall victim like the many before you and many more to come. Lord knows this is the place to prey on the weak. ;) Sup, Junior!
