      Pros

      A great company to work for, they are so friendly and family oriented! There is always a smile from every employee around! They think of each and every employee as family, and I Look forward to coming to work each day!

      Cons

      The only think I could even think of is when it rains the office gets a little loud. I think they are doing great if that's the only negative thing I can think of!

      FMI goes above and beyond normal expectations. Everyone who works here has been welcoming and encouraging.

      You can get so busy and want to do so much that you're just not sure where it becomes someone else's job or what you should be doing.
