Pros
This is the most fulfilling companies, I’ve been affiliated with! The mission of providing not just wheelchair accessible vehicles, to our disabled community, but COOL options, is so incredibly rewarding. The CEO is incredibly innovative, and I truly could not ask for a more compassionate VP. Not to mention, such informative and compassionate salespeople and service dept. members as peers. The work/family balance, is unlike you see in most employers!
Cons
This isn’t a con.. Though a very supportive and kind atmosphere, this company expects nothing short, of perfect product, and perfect customer service! I’m in agreement, that anything lesser than this expectation, is not to standard. I’m thankful to be a part of an expert team, that fulfills the high expectations of this company!
