I absolutely love it here.
Pros
The company is growing, so its a good time to get training and onto accounts. The office side of things is pretty relaxed. You get the family feeling of a small mom and pop company with a medium sized company. The office setting is nice, although the workstations are shared. The workforce is about 50/50 split on gender. While being a diverse workplace. They age demographic of the employees is mostly early to mid 20s. With a few older people sprinkled in here and there. From my experience management is very friendly. For the most part everyone is incredibly friendly, which was something I had to get used too. It's not a overwhelming or difficult place to work. If you have average intelligence, you should do fine. You just need to have good problem solving and communication skills.
Cons
If you come in at entry-level, the pay is entry-level pay $14-18. But again it's probably one of the easier jobs I've had. The company is growing. So, with that comes all the issues of trying to see what departments need staffing. Management being overwhelmed. This being form trying to put out fires, train new people, or try new policies. It's the trucking industry. You will need a backbone. Training was that great when I started, but that's been fixed. Communication from day and night shift isn't great. Again it's something that being worked on.
