The product is very good.

Zero work/life balance. Extremely underpaid Very minimal opportunity for promotion, no one gets promoted to senior or enterprise account manager no employee reviews did I mention how awful the pay was? there are about two account managers who know what they are doing, but they are on the phone the entire day so good luck getting to talk to them even though they are willing to help no org chart no learning materials you will be expected to understand very complex things with absolutely no guidance the pay is beyond awful. you will not get promoted. you will work all the time. you will be miserable.

Salary, benefits, pension, quality of certain staff.

Cons

Overpromises and under delivers consistently. Jobs are always at risk if someone senior looks at you the wrong way. If you want to progress your career in a healthy environment I suggest you work elsewhere.

Work/Life balance, flexible with anything you need Pay is pretty good Great people to work with and great teams all around

Cons

Only con is having to perform maintenance at 3AM weekly. This was known in the interview though so it is your choice to deal with it. No other cons, company has been great so far.
