I've attention about the person's any kind of problem to live alone and have need help to move around at home and outside for any small and big things they can make it by themselves.I've experience about this kind of job from Italy whereI worked for a couple of elderls person and also for long time I took care about elders person in my family. I'm a reliable person take care about my job I respect the people in general specially the elders person.

Cons

Usually I don't have any problem to work with elders people and in generally to work in team for any kind of jobs just have respect of the people specially in this old age and make straight my own job that's it nothing else.
