Pros

I have loved working as a freelancer because it allowed me the flexibility to raise my kids while working from home. It has been infinitely easier to manage their doctor appointments, sports schedules, and school commitments.

Cons

Work is sometimes really heavy and need to work at night. Lots of clients want what they want *now*. If you're good enough, you can weed out the problem clients.
