Pros

Biggest company in the industry. Lots of various opportunities. Company is heading in a good direction on the steady rise. Never a dull moment as there is lots of work to go around for whatever team you join and then some.

Cons

So much work that it just get piled and piled on. Pushed to some mental breaking points with workloads. Accountability and mishaps tend to go unnoticed because of the constant stream of work coming in no one has time to improve upon the processes. The few changes that come only tend to add more red tap to those at the bottom and allow more free time to those that already work little.
