Pros

Weekly pay and that’s it

Cons

Micro management. They will gaslight you out of training and then fire you for not knowing what they didn’t teach you in training class . Trainer had no back bone so the training class was horrible and we learned nothing . My TL pretended to be friendly and helpful when the whole time he was working with the manager to stack up things against me to build a case to fire me instead of being an actual leader and helping me . I also explained I neurodivergent and they overlooked it . I was accused of call avoidance when I had the highest in the team . This job caused tremendous stress and i honestly should have sued

Pros

Great benefits. Travel included. Willingness to work together on scheduling.

Cons

Work load is very very high. Can have moments of no work, or moments of way too much work, rarely does it settle in the middle. Orlando sales team lacked diversity for the most part.
