Pros

Overall, great people to work with. Most of the employees were professional and laid back. Workers have the latest industry software. There is potential for getting rewarding, creative assignments. Owners are great people too, very fair.

Cons

Pretty much as with all companies if you start with a low salary, it is impossible to reach market compensation rates. Some projects are mundane and some deadlines have too quick of a turnaround to create good work. Some project managers are less than professional. The size of the company is a bit overwhelming.

Pros

Very routine tasks. New equipment. "Generally" nice people.

Cons

Poor management & pay, NO proper training of corporate systems, stringent rules per bathroom breaks, lunch. Expected to work OT. No balance of work/life. Under staffed group that is burned out.
