Pros

My mentor. And that’s it so far.

Cons

1. Overworked with no appreciation of the operations workers. 2. Higher ups do not care about making you undo an hour of work that you just did. 3. Will not pay a wage that is fair for the amount of work. 4. Will MAKE you give up your own time and not pay accordingly. 5. Brags about how much money they make then do not give raises. 6. Frequently makes false promises. 7. Sees the workers in operations as “disposable”. 8. Claims to hold ourselves accountable then refuses to give raises that are rightfully earned. And so very much more.
