Pros

Exciting and Interesting career and very challenging.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work. Work load is extremely high and demanding with incredibly quick turn around times

Pros

Started out as a great job with a great boss, but the boss left and the replacements were less than stellar..

Cons

The last 5 years were lip service, which suppresses your passion for what you do. Upper management does not want to hear it.. I spent double digit years at Freeman and wanted to end my career there but my bosses didn't give me the support needed to fuel the existing passion that I had.

I did not find any cons with this company. Only left for career advancement.
