Standard traveling benefits and airlines miles acquired while being worked to the bone

Cons

Constantly working and understaffed, traveling to and from cities without a break, no family life, lowest pay in the industry, horrendous management

I enjoyed the job itself.

Cons

This is a toxic workplace. Lots of drama and gossiping. For every 10 things you do right, they will be very quick to point out the one thing you did wrong.
